SAIA, n. o. (Slovak Academic Information Agency) provides information about study and research abroad and in Slovakia, publishes useful information about mobility in print and on the web and organises selections of scholarship holders. SAIA administers the National Scholarship Programme for the support of mobility of students, PhD students, university teachers and researchers offering scholarships for outgoing and incoming applicants. The agency also organises admissions of incoming scholarship holders accepted on the basis of bilateral intergovernmental agreements. SAIA is a member of the European Network of Services Centres EURAXESS providing services to mobile researchers from all over the world.
